CUSTOMER SERVICE
Foodcellar Market guarantees customer satisfaction with every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased in our stores, we will gladly give a full refund or exchange, as long as its original receipt accompanies the product. Items will be returned in the same manner they were purchased. Customers returning products without a receipt will be issued in-store credit for their merchandise. All returns and exchanges are subject to Store Leadership’s approval. Perishable items must be returned within 48 hours of purchase and Non-Perishable items within 7 days of purchase.
COUPON POLICY
Only original manufacturer’s coupons are accepted. Expired, printed or copies of coupons will not be accepted. Coupons must bear the item’s brand name, description, size and must match the item being purchased. Consumers are required to pay any applicable sales tax and/or difference. No cash back will be given if the value of a coupon is greater than the value of the product. Subject to the terms written on the coupon. We have the right to refuse or limit the use of any coupon and/or the subsequent return.
